As we approach the longest days of the year, join us for a mindful afternoon walk and meditation dedicated to celebrating the arrival of summer, the gift of warmth, and the glories of sunshine.

  • 4:00 PM – Welcome & Gathering: Meet at the trailhead for brief introductions.
  • 4:15 PM – Mindful Stroll: A gentle, slow-paced walk through nature. We will practice "holy listening," paying attention to the warmth of the sun and the vibrant green of the season.
  • 5:00 PM – Solitary Reflection & Meditation: A guided reflection, followed by 10–15 minutes of silent, solitary space to sit in the sun or journal.
  • 5:45 PM - Traditional Celtic blessing to send you on your way!

What should I bring?

  • Water bottle
  • Lawn chair or blanket for sitting afterward.
  • Sun protection (sunscreen, hat, sunglasses)
