We’re not here to perform or be perfect, we’re here to empower each other by simply being real. What to expect in this session? We're building confidence and courage to speak in front of other people, we inspire each other, we create a safe environment where you can be yourself!

I'll have a set of fun questions for this session, meant to keep the conversation going.

We'll talk about spirituality, emotions, wisdom or whatever’s alive in us right now. Most of all, let’s share our presence. That’s where the magic is.

We’re in the cosy function room of a pub, a beautiful and relaxed space where anything can unfold.

You’re welcome to speak or just listen. But jumping in is where the excitement and growth happens.

Speed Speaking started as a way to build confidence and communication skills. But more than that, it’s become a space to connect authentically, human to human.

After the session, we hang out, chat, and keep the good energy flowing.
