Stress is something we all live with, and there is some stress that sits quietly in the background.
Join us as we talk about the mind, thoughts, emotions, and the stress that can arise when we lose control of the mind.
This interactive workshop will empower you to take charge of both your mind and the thoughts that fuel it.

You will learn:
- How to start identifying triggers and start to shift from reactive to calmness
- Apply simple cognitive tools to reframe unhelpful thinking patterns
- Practice relaxation methods to calm your nervous system and more

The event will be a lecture style conversation with some personal practice exercises. We will end with a meditation led by drums.
