This 30-minute guided meditation is designed to help you unwind, release the tension of the day, and return to a state of calm and clarity.
Through simple breath-work and stillness, weβll create a peaceful space to slow down and reconnect β whether youβve had a long day, a busy mind, or simply want to be present with yourself.
No experience is necessary β just come as you are.
