Join this weekly gathering of like-minded people interested in exploring the many aspects of spirituality. This interactive class will help you discover and cultivate your spiritual essence, through exercises Maria has developed over her 25+ years as a practitioner and facilitator of the healing arts.

We'll explore a wide range of practices including guided meditation, sound healing, mindfulness, intuition, connecting with your higher self, energy work, and more.

Each week, we'll use the power of the circle to create a tribe where you'll have the opportunity to share your personal experiences in a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment. You'll get tools and ideas that will connect you more closely to the divine intelligence that permeates our being, and support you in your journey toward positive life changes, better health, balance, and personal growth.
