### What to Expect

We’ll begin our time together with a gentle conversation, offering space for any questions or reflections to arise. From there, we will open the sacred circle for protection, invoking our guides and guardians through a brief meditation or prayer.

Messages shared during the session will come with evidential support from Spirit. Glenda will guide the group through specific questions, and each participant will have the opportunity to share the insights and messages they’ve received—both for the designated sitter and for the collective.

It’s important to stay open-hearted and receptive, even to messages that may not immediately resonate. Often, a spirit may come through that isn't recognized right away—a phenomenon known as psychic amnesia. In time, clarity usually follows.

While every effort is made to connect with Spirit, we cannot guarantee that each person will receive a message during the session. Mediumship flows with divine timing and intention, and specific connections cannot be forced—though we always remain open.

We will close the circle with a short, inclusive, non-denominational prayer to honor the energies and seal the sacred space.

Our hybrid circle—both online and in-person—offers a powerful space for connection. Rest assured: your link to Spirit will be just as strong through the screen. Please have your camera on for the session; it helps foster a deeper energetic exchange and strengthens the group’s collective field.

Choose a quiet, private space where you can remain undisturbed. For the integrity of the energy, please refrain from consuming alcohol or recreational drugs before or during the session, as they can disrupt the spiritual connection—both for yourself and for others.

Make sure you’re fully set up and present before we begin. Once the circle is opened, participants are expected to stay within the space, unless prior arrangements have been made with Glenda. The session will last approximately 2 hours, with a brief 2-minute break midway.
