Our Mission
Our mission is to enhance the spiritual, mystical, and metaphysical awareness and consciousness of our community by sponsoring programs that facilitate personal growth and development and a holistic approach to health and living. We are not affiliated with any religious organization.
What We Do
We sponsor meetings on the first Thursday evening of each month (except July). We also sponsor occasional weekend workshops and/or private sessions with some of our out-of-town presenters.
Every month we precede our talks with a free 30 minute meditation.
Our lecture topics have included kinesiology, astrology, near-death experiences (NDEs), psychic phenomena, tarot and energy healing modalities and much more. SFF is open to suggestions for lectures on subjects that would interest our audience.

We are a not-for-profit, volunteer organization that has been serving the Triangle metaphysical community since 1973.

Based in Florida, Anna owns two businesses, A Path of Beauty and Anna Champagne Silks. She has a BFA in textiles/fibers from Boston University and an associate’s degree and further education in interior design. She combines her art with extensive studies in holistic healing modalities, including transformational breath, kinesiology, emotion and body code, light and color therapy as taught by Dr. Jacob Liberman, and her own vibrational energy healing system of “Color Healing for a Vibrant Abundant Life.”
Her article “Color Healing with Light: Using Color to Enrich Our Lives,” was published in Energy Magazine, May/June 2017. She has been a presenter at The Florida Creativity Conference and Connecting Consciousness, ASCSI/SFF Conference, Raleigh, NC, Whole Health Expo, NY, and various podcasts.
