Hike on Mont Royal, with possible meditation

Hey friends!

I’m planning to do a hike on Mont Royal on Sunday, and you are all welcome! We’ll just walk on the main path up to the lookout.

Afterwards we can do a short meditation at my place if there aren’t too many people and if we’re feeling inspired.

I’ll be inviting a few friends outside of Meetup as well.

We’ll meet at 1 PM in front of the angel statue, on the side of the statue that faces Parc Avenue
