Soul Mates and Twin Flames

A Soul Mate is described as a person who arrives in your life specifically to enrich it, encourage your development and push you to grow into a higher state of consciousness.

It is said that when Twin Flames (or Twin Souls) enter our lives the emotion felt can be so powerful it can leave you feeling shocked and quite unprepared. Feelings are said to be intense, described as being hit by a tidal wave. It is described as one soul in two bodies. Many of us expect to be confronted with exact copy of ourselves - a true twin - and at the same time it stands as a testimony to the theory that opposites attract.
