Do you need to have prior breathing experience? Nope, just your normal day-to-day breathing, so first-timers are welcome!

Do you need to do anything to prep? Skip eating a big meal right before and that's it.

What do you need to bring? Wear comfy clothing and bring a water bottle. We'll have everything else you need.
