This week we try some circling!
Circling is a type of practice where we learn to be mindful in connection with other people. We practice being in connection with ourselves, and with others.
Continuous circling practice has had a deep impact in my life, and now I want to share it with you! 🤗 ( But please not that I do not have a circling certification.)

6:25pm - 6:30pm - Meeting and settling in
6:30pm- 6:50pm - Meditation
6:50pm - 8:30pm - Input, exercises and discussions
8:30pm - open end - socializing
