What we’re about
This isn’t church. And it’s not woo. It’s for the in-betweeners—the seekers, skeptics, and soul-searchers craving real conversation without pressure to convert or conform.
We meet monthly in person (yes, real humans, real coffee) for honest dialogue around spirituality, meaning, and values. No dogma, no small talk—just space to reflect, connect, and be heard.
This is for you if:
You’ve left religion, never had one, or are rebuilding your beliefs from scratch. You might be a leader, a parent, a creative—or just someone longing for meaningful connection in a complicated world.
Not for you if:
You’re looking to convert others or teach formal theology. We’re here to ask big questions and sit with the unknown—together.
👋 Hosted by Sheila
I’m a spiritual seeker, co-founder of Good Company, and your resident conversation-stirrer. I’m not a pastor or guru—I’m the one who brings the chairs and makes sure no one feels alone.
I’ve co-written a book on spiritual mentorship, lead worship at a local church, and believe laughter is holy. Also: I have three kids, a fuzzy Australian Shepherd, a tall nerdy husband, and a spirit as free as the Colorado sky—equal parts wonder and wisecrack.
If you’re spiritually curious—or just tired of shallow small talk—I’d love to meet you.
