If you are motivated to learn about your natural spiritual gifts and feel ready to dive into this expansive part of yourself, this is the course for you! Join Medium and Intuitive Teacher Chris Walter for this Intro 5-week series focusing on developing your intuition and establishing a solid and healthy energetic foundation. (This is a pre-requisite for Part II, Intro to Mediumship). This class is ideal for those excited to connect with their own well of wisdom and spiritual guidance in order understand where their souls are urging them to grow. Beginner's mind is essential. We are laying the groundwork to connect eventually with loved ones in Spirit and Guides (in Part II). Willingness to bring awareness to your own limiting beliefs and self-healing will be part of the "work" in order to receive information clearly and without bias.

This class series will prepare you to:
1-Establish and maintain sound energetic hygiene.
2-Learn about how energy works and how to manage sensitivities to it.
3-Tune into the Intuition, understanding the diverse ways we may receive intuitive information and guidance.
4-Understand the importance of self-healing; finding awareness of personal biases, triggers and limiting beliefs.
5-Practice feeling energy and intuiting psychic information.
6-Open to working with Guides and Teachers in Spirit.

This class will meet every Tuesday evening from 5:30-7:00pm MST from March 17 - April 14 virtually on Zoom.
