Come SPIT to us - your knowledge, your inspiration, humor, stories, torments - in a supportive, welcoming environment where you'll get and give constructive feedback and -- most importantly -- practice, so that together we grow and improve our public speaking!

Not sure what to say or where to start? No problem. Come sit in and observe. Guests are always welcome!

This event is FREE, and of course Uptown Espresso would love us that much more if we happen to order a snack or a beverage while we're here. Patronage of the cafe much-appreciated.
