What we’re about
This is a group for everything Splunk. There does not seem to be a local or close-by Splunk Meetup group (which is a real shame). So this group is being created to see what interests are out there for Splunk being a general community group or a training/Q&A group. Please let us know what your interests are, and we will attempt to accommodate to make this a versatile group.
This group will be intended for everyone, ranging from new users of Splunk to Professional Service Consultants of Splunk.
Since my above description seems to have been flagged by Meetup as being insufficient, This "Test Pilot Meetup" for Splunk can cover the following:
- Discussions that offer new perspectives on how to use or implement Splunk
- Hangouts that allow people to get to know each other and share/bounce ideas around for Splunk
- Workshops that help people sharpen their skills with Splunk
- Speaker sessions that spread new ideas such as having a Splunk Cloud Architect come and speak
- Have Games that connect people through fun such as doing a small BOTS (Boss of the SOC) or BOTN (Boss of the NOC) competition
