Thursday Night Ride Leader Planning Meeting and Potluck

UPDATE - WE HAD ORIGINALLY PLANNED ON MEETING IN ONE OF THE MEEETING ROOMS AND BRINING IN PIZZA BUT THERE WAS AN ERROR MADE BY THE STAFF AND WE DON'T ACTUALLY HAVE A ROOM TO MEET IN. WE WILL STILL MEET IN THE LIBRARY BUT NOT IN A ROOM AND WE CAN'T BRING IN FOOD. PLEASE EAT BEFORE YOU COME AND DON'T BRING SNACKS AS ORIGINALLY REQUESTED.

We will be doing the weekly Thursday evenings again this year. These rides begin at 6:00 pm to enable people with day jobs to attend, but they are open to anyone. The meeting places, routes and ride leaders change from week to week to provide a variety of riding experiences. Weather permitting, a tailgate party typically follows each ride.

We're looking for ride leaders to pick the routes and lead the rides each week so if you are interested in leading or co-leading a ride or two in the evenings this year, please come to this planning meeting or contact Dave Sorg at 509-868-5984 and let him know how you'd like to help. Never led a ride before? No worries! The club has excellent mentoring, training and guidance resources that we can get you going with.

The meeting at the new Spokane County Library in the Spokane Valley, just off of Sprague at 22 N Herald Road. The library closes at 8:00 pm so the meeting will definitely not go past that.
