Terrain: flat to gradual climbs, 515 + ft climb
Distance: 21 miles min., +7 miles with south Shafer Rd option.
Pace: 12-14
Description: Ride north to Evergreen Rd and Mirabeau Park to Centennial Trail. East on Empire Avenue into Millwood to zig-zag through neighborhood on tree lined streets (fall colors) over to Park Rd. Head south on Park Rd to 8th Avenue, Betteman, 11th Ave and back on Appleway Rd the the trail. Option to ride south on University Rd to Shafer through the neighborhood and back on Bowdish.
Bring water and snacks. Option to drink or eat after the ride.
