MEET UP POLICY
**Meetup etiquette is that you are expected to cancel your RSVP ahead of time (within 24 hrs) if you cannot attend an event. We realize that things happen, and occasionally, you cannot attend an event after you have RSVP’d yes. BUT…. To not attend, without notifying us, is disrespectful and not fair to those on a waiting list. Because of the numerous “NO-SHOWS,” we are going to a 3 and out policy. After 2 no shows, your name will be removed from the Yes RSVP list, and moved to the Waiting List, on any future events you sign up for. After the 3rd no show, you will be dismissed from the group.
Also, please make sure are subscribed to “event updates from organizers” and “new comments and chat messages,” so you are updated on any changes with these events. (To do this, click on profile, settings, e-mail updates.) Thank you
In addition, if you feel sick, are coughing, etc. please do not join us and remove yourself from attending.
