October Rust Meetup: A Special Presentation and Monthly Meetups are Back!
Details
Welcome one and all to the grand returning of the Spokane Rust Monthly Meetup! Please join us this October for a special presentation and discussing the future of the Spokane Rust User Group!
Is there anything that goes better than Rust, with its amazing type system and scrutinizing compiler, and taking that highly safe and performant Rust code to write an interpreter for a new, home-grown language? Utilizing Rust as a native language for your own interpreted language is just one way to translate those Rust-specific safety guarantees into performant and predictable code that's easy for you, or your team, to prototype and iterate upon. Join us for a special presentation on interpreters by Spokane Rust member, Neeraj!
We'll also set aside some time to meet to discuss current on-goings, share an apology for our recent absence, and work together to improve the Spokane Rust User Group to empower local Rust users and provide a community space for building and showing off awesome stuff!
This meetup will be hosted at Limelyte Technology Group and is suitable for all ages. Bring your laptops, or just yourself!
