Join us for a hands-on morning as we help restore the luster to one of Lowell’s most stunning architectural gems! This building is not yet open to the public. You'll be one of the few who've seen its interior in the past 20 years!
The Smith Baker Center is a masterpiece of late 19th-century design, featuring soaring ceilings, intricate woodwork, and a rich history as a community hub. Before this beautiful space can reopen as Lowell Center for the Arts and host its next chapter of events and performances, it needs a little "elbow grease" to tackle the dust and debris that have settled over time.

Important Note: There is mold in the building. We will provide N95 masks but if you have a sensitive respiratory system, please wait and join us at a future cleanup of the exterior.
