***
### 🕒 The Details
- Meetup Time: 8:00 AM
- Meeting Point: Trotting Park Road entrance (Turn down Trotting Park Rd from Varnum Ave.)
- Terrain: Mostly wooded trails with some rocky sections and mild elevation.
***
### 🎒 What to Pack
- Sturdy Footwear: Sneakers with good grip or hiking boots are highly recommended for the uneven terrain.
- Hydration: Bring plenty of water—even in the shade, the forest can get you thirsty!
- Layers: The woods can be a few degrees cooler than the open road, so a light jacket is a smart move.
- Bug Spray: Because the local mosquitoes didn't get the "inclusive and friendly" memo.
***
### 📍 Logistics
- Parking: There are two lots that should be pretty open at that hour.
- Pets: Well-behaved dogs are welcome!
