About us

for the neurodivergent, the chronically ill, the burned out, and the people who love them. if your brain runs loud but your body's on empty, you're in the right place.

this isn't a support group or a program. it's just people sharing space without having to perform okayness. hyperfixations welcome. parallel play encouraged. silence is not awkward here.

some of us have good days and bad months. some of us had a whole productive week last year and have been recovering ever since. some of us are intermittent, conditional, unpredictable, and tired of explaining that to people who don't get it.

intersectional, low-pressure, no agenda. burnout recovery looks different for everyone. sometimes it looks like showing up somewhere quiet and just existing near other people for a while.
