Game Description:
Welcome to Roots, where we try to offer the most competitive and level appropriate sessions to help you in your volleyball development journey.

If you are interested in sign up as a team please message us on instagram @roots_volleyball - £10/person if you sign up as complete team 6 or 7 people

Upper Intermediate
- we will hold the standard for this. If you do not meet this level, we will offer you a spot in the All Around Development Training happening on another court from the same time.
- IF YOU DO NOT KNOW 5-1 ROTATIONS THESE ARE NOT THE GAMES FOR YOU!
PLEASE COMMENT WHAT POSITION YOU WOULD LIKE TO PLAY IN THE CHAT or DM US on Instagram @roots_volleyball with the session date and position you're interested in playing otherwise you will fill in for what's available as we do have people sign up from other platforms.

We have sessions every thrusday from Jan 22 - Mar 26th

Games to 21 - Cap at 25
2 games then off

10 minutes warm up - pepper+hitting lines
Next game starts 3-5 min after the previous one concluded
