👋 Welcome to the Beginner Tennis Socials!
Here’s everything you need to know:
📍 Location: Central Park, East Ham
⏱ Duration: 1 hour
👥 Spaces: 4 players per session
🎾 Format: Facilitated doubles play (rotate partners, keep it social and fun!)
💷 Price: £5 per person
🥉 Level: New Starters and Beginners
We'll go over the basic rules and techniques to get you playing and grow your confidence.
🎾 Equipment
• No racket? You can hire one for £5 send me a quick message.
• We’ll be using pressureless training balls (perfect for beginners 👍)

Rules
Warm-up starts at 10am, where we’ll run through a few simple basics to get everyone comfortable.
From 10.20am, we’ll jump into doubles play and just enjoy the game.
Mistakes are more than welcome as we’re all learning, so no pressure at all. As your coordination and confidence improve, you’ll be able to move up to the improvers sessions.
For now, focus on building consistency, getting familiar with the rules, and most importantly, having fun rather than rushing the process. And don’t forget to be social, be welcoming, and keep things friendly on and off the court.
