Game Description:
Join our London netball team competing in a weekly recreational league.

We play one 40 minute match each week against other teams in a fun and social but competitive environment. Game times will vary each week, starting anytime between 6:30pm and 8:30pm depending on the league schedule.

This is a mixed ability team, open to anyone who wants to get involved, improve their game and be part of a consistent weekly sport. It is a great way to stay active, meet new people and enjoy team competition without the pressure of a serious league.

Each week is about showing up, playing hard and enjoying it together.

Rules

2. Mixed team rules
A maximum of 3 men are allowed on court at any one time, with a maximum of 4 men in the squad per week.
3. Keep it competitive but respectful
Play to win, but always respect teammates, opponents and umpires.
4. No jewellery or long nails
League rules state that no jewellery (or sports watches) can be worn during matches and nails have to be trimmed.
5. Equipment
Please bring suitable footwear and water. Bibs and match balls will be provided.
6. Play at your own risk
By attending, you accept responsibility for your own safety during matches.
