👋 Welcome to the Beginner/Improver Tennis Socials!
If you are trying tennis for the first time, then please sign up for the new starters session.
Here’s everything you need to know:
📍 Location: Central Park, East Ham
⏱ Duration: 2 hours
👥 Spaces: 4/5 players per session
🎾 Format: Facilitated doubles play (rotate partners, keep it social and fun!)
💷 Price: £10 per person
🥉 Level: Beginners and Improvers (not suitable for new starters)
We'll go over the basic rules and techniques to get you playing and grow your confidence. No coaching provided just basic pointers.
🎾 Equipment
• No racket? You can hire one for £5 by sending me a quick message.
• We’ll be using pressureless training balls (perfect for beginners/improvers👍)

Rules
This is a social, friendly session focused on good vibes and respect on court at all times. No formal coaching is provided only basic pointers.
We will start with a warm-up and then we’ll run through a few simple basics to get everyone comfortable. From there we’ll jump into doubles play and just enjoy the game.
Mistakes are more than welcome as we’re all learning, so no pressure at all. As your coordination and confidence improve, you’ll be able to move up to the intermediate sessions.
For now, focus on building consistency, getting familiar with the rules, and most importantly, having fun.
