A 3-week serve and pass development series designed for intermediate players who want to become more reliable in serve receive and more effective from the service line. Each session builds on the previous one, progressing from float serve fundamentals to advanced serve receive and game-ready execution.

* Serve & pass under pressure

13/07 – Coaches Henry & George

Theme: Game-Day Execution

* Personalised serve & pass feedback
* Building consistent serve receive routines
* Competitive serve & pass scenarios

FORMAT & GAMEPLAY

* High-repetition technical training focused on serve and serve receive
* Progressive drills designed to improve consistency and confidence
* Structured gameplay where players apply session themes in realistic match situations

EXPECTATIONS

* Arrive early and ready to train
* Be coachable and open to feedback
* Maintain a focused, competitive training environment
* Commit to applying technical adjustments throughout the series

WHO IS THIS FOR?

Intermediate players with at least 6–12 months of playing experience who want to improve their serve receive consistency, serving effectiveness, and overall first-contact quality.
