This session focuses on refining core techniques and improving overall skill execution through controlled drills and guided practice. Players train with purpose — developing better ball control, movement, and decision-making with every touch. The goal is to build a solid foundation that supports long-term progression and confidence on court.

📍 Venue: Gunnersbury Park Sports Hub
By Car 🚗: Pay parking is available at the park.
By Tube:
Acton Town Station (District & Piccadilly lines): This is the closest and most popular tube station. From here, it is a pleasant 10 to 12-minute walk down to the park.
South Ealing Station (Piccadilly line): About a 20-minute walk through the surrounding residential streets to the sports hub.
Ealing Common Station (District & Piccadilly lines): Also a viable walk (approx. 20–25 minutes) or a quick bus connection.
⏰ Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the session starts to allow time for warm-up and stretching, as the training session can be intensive and physically demanding.

Rules
By participating in this volleyball training session, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Voluntary Participation
* I am participating voluntarily and understand that volleyball is a physical sport involving risks of injury, including but not limited to falls, collisions, strains, and other accidents.
2. Health and Fitness
* I confirm that I am physically fit to participate and have disclosed any relevant medical conditions that may affect my participation.
3. Personal Responsibility
* I agree to follow all instructions given by coaches, organisers, and venue staff and to act responsibly at all times.
4. Liability
* I understand that participation is at my own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless the club, its coaches, volunteers, organisers, and venue providers from claims arising from my participation, except where liability cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
5. Photography and Video Recording
* I understand that photographs and videos may be taken during training sessions for club promotion, social media, website content, and other legitimate club purposes. By participating, I consent to the use of such images unless I notify the club in writing before the session.
6. Data Protection
* I consent to the club collecting and processing my personal information for the purposes of organising and administering volleyball activities. My data will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws and will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for club administration or where required by law.
7. Emergency Medical Treatment
* In the event of an emergency, I authorise the organisers to seek appropriate medical assistance on my behalf if I am unable to do so.
