Come and join basketball scrimmage with team LABAS !

Our scrimmage on Friday evening in Dagenham is now running for many years ! There is showers and parking available !

We are currently playing in ULBL summer league, might need some additional players !

Also there is opportunities to join our regular squad during seasons and tournaments !

We play in United London Basketball League, Essex Division 1, other tournaments around UK and internationally !

Just recently we won 2'nd place in Lloret de mar, Spain at EBIT tournament ! Also over the last year we won Essex shield cup, LABAS EASTER CUPs, Sportas.co.uk winter cup, Lithuanian Embassy cup and much more !

Rules
If there is 15 players signed up :

-3 teams of 5 players
-Winner stays
-Games up to 11 pts or 7 mins running clock
-If tied game - first to score wins
-2s and 3s

If there is less than 15 players :

-2 teams of 5 with subs
-subs every 3 min
-everyone got to sub
-games up to 50 pts
-2s and 3s
