👋 Welcome to the Lower Intermediate(+) Tennis Socials!
Here’s everything you need to know:
📍 Location: Plashet Park, East Ham
⏱ Duration: 2 hours
👥 Spaces: 4/5 players per session
🎾 Format: Doubles play (rotate partners, keep it social and fun!)
💷 Price: £10 per person
🥉 Level: Lower Intermediate (not suitable for first-timers or beginners; exceptions made for improvers)
We'll go over the basic doubles rules, warm up and then go straight into games. No coaching is provided, just basic pointers.
🎾 Equipment
• No racket? You can hire one for £5
• We’ll be using pressureless training balls (perfect for improvers 👍)

Rules
This is a social, friendly session focused on good vibes and respect on court at all times.
We will start with a warm-up and then we’ll run through a few simple basics to get everyone comfortable. From there we’ll jump into doubles play and just enjoy the game.
