Who this session is primarily for

•🏃🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️Athletes from other sports ⚽️🏉🏸wanting to try basketball.
•🔋🎯🏃 Conditioning & Touch — keep cardio up and your shot warm between league nights

Welcome to Chill Hoop Hour—good vibes, lower contact, and conditioning 🏀 run.
We’ll shape the session to the sign-ups so everyone gets maximum court time and we make the most of the hour. You’ll head home energised, improved, and happy—not wiped out on a weekday night.

⏳🚫 Sideline standing is kept to a minimum—no more long waits for your turn at the park. Come get your shots up and leave smiling.😊
