👋 Welcome to the Beginner/Improver Tennis Socials!

If you are trying tennis for the first time, then please sign up for the new starters session. Players may be asked to leave the session (without a refund) if they are not at the required level.

Here’s everything you need to know:
📍 Location: Central Park, East Ham
⏱ Duration: 2 hours
👥 Spaces: 5/6 players per session
🎾 Format: Facilitated doubles play (rotate partners, keep it social and fun!)
💷 Price: £11 per person
🥉 Level: Beginners and Improvers (not suitable for new starters)

We'll warm up, then go over the basic doubles rules and move straight into games.

🎾 Equipment
• No racket? You can hire one for £5 by sending me a quick message.
• We’ll be using pressureless training balls (perfect for beginners/improvers👍)

Looking forward to meeting you all on court, improving, and having a great time 🔥🎾

Rules
This is a social, friendly session focused on good vibes and respect on court at all times. No coaching is provided

We will start with a warm-up and then we’ll run through a few simple rules. From there we’ll jump into doubles play and just enjoy the game.

Mistakes are more than welcome as we’re all learning, so no pressure at all. As your coordination and confidence improve, you’ll be able to move up to the intermediate sessions.

For now, focus on building consistency, getting familiar with the rules, and most importantly, having fun.
