The best way to kick off your day is with some real movement.

We'll start with a barefoot run on the sand - holding a steady pace is tough and that's the point - 5 to 10 minutes.

Then we'll do some dynamic stretches and a few push-ups to get the blood moving through your arms.

Next up, an ocean dip. It's chilly, so 2 to 10 minutes is plenty.

We'll finish with 10-100 classic squats to bring the heat back.

You'll be switched on before sunrise. See you there.
