This class is for all ages.

  • Warm-up: Dynamic stretching and light ball throw exercises to prepare the body.
  • Skill Introduction: Learning serving, passing, setting, spiking, and blocking techniques.
  • Skill Practice: Drills and exercises to practice each skill.
  • Game Situations: Applying skills in small-sided games or modified scenarios.

The instructor provides feedback and guidance throughout the class to improve skills and technique. The intensity and progression of each drill will depend on the skill level of the the training group.
