Intro to the new group and discuss the group's goals

This is a new group created to gather like-minded people who enjoys reading about sports, athletes' biographies or history of a sports team or history of a sport.
This introduction is to discuss how we going to choose what books to read and what are goals are for the group.
I am thinking meeting every two months for two hours discuss.
