Lower back pain is one of the most common issues, but it doesn’t have to be confusing or intimidating to find solutions.

This is applicable for everyone who loves to move: performance athletes, parent's trying to keep up with the kiddos, runners, weightlifters, weekend warriors - we all have reasons to keep moving!

In this hands-on clinic, we’ll break down common causes of lower back pain, how it may be showing up in your body, and what you can actually do about it. You’ll learn practical tools to build resilience and move with more confidence.

We believe education is key to long-term success! And it should be accessible, digestible, and interactive. This isn’t a lecture. You’ll be encouraged to ask questions, explore movement, and feel how different solutions work in your own body.
