Ultimate Frisbee AND Ultimate Football - Flagstaff Hill

I've been getting a lot of requests to run Ultimate Football since it's the only event that I haven't run at least once so far this year. But the group is bigger than ever, with an average attendance of 20 - 25 people per event over the past few weeks. So instead of having everyone play ultimate football and us having a bunch of subs on the sidelines, we're going to run a game of Ultimate Football next to a game of Ultimate Frisbee. This will also allow our players who prefer football to invite some of their football-minded friends to the event. Like always, we'll be playing at Flagstaff Hill, which is across from Phipp's Conservatory in Oakland.

I have the start time set for 5:30 pm so we can hopefully get started at 6 pm, adding people to the game as they arrive. Cleats are suggested but not required. Friends are welcome.

We can teach anyone how to play and will alter the size of the field based on how many people show up. We can always play with subs if necessary. We'll play in rain too, as long as it's not pouring. I'll have some drinks and snacks but feel free to bring your own, along with a camping chair.

Parking is free after 6 pm along the road near the field. We'll be playing much longer than usual so don't stress if you can't get there until a little bit later. Hope to see you there!
