Join us for a unique mindful performance experience at the Howard Tunnel Rail Bikes. This event is designed to be a gentle exercise — a chance to move your body at an easy pace — while immersing yourself in the breathtaking beauty of Pennsylvania’s fall foliage.

As we pedal together, we’ll practice mindfulness in motion: noticing the rhythm of our breath, the crunch of leaves, the crisp autumn air, and the dazzling reds, golds, and oranges overhead. This is not a race — it’s an opportunity to slow down, connect with yourself, and enjoy the season’s gifts.

What to Expect:

🚲 Mild, accessible pedaling on rail bikes (no prior experience needed).

🍁 Stunning views of fall leaves along the historic Howard Tunnel.
