There is no relationship quite like the one we have with our breath. It has a huge impact on your health and quality of life. It has the power to influence your thoughts and direct your daily focus.

It is an honor to share this beautiful breathwork practice with you.

How to Prepare for the Session:

  • Bring a blanket and pillow
  • Eat a very light meal
  • Bring a water bottle
  • Wear comfortable loose clothes
  • Bring chapstick
  • Journal (to write down any quick notes after the session)

Total time of session: 90min
This includes approximately 15 min of talking before and time to ground and journal after.
About 60 minutes on the mat

Breathwork isn’t for everyone.
If you are taking any medications or have any medical conditions such as, but not limited to schizophrenia, bipolar disorder or psychosis, epilepsy, heart conditions, COPD, delicate pregnancy, high/very low blood pressure with a fainting history, PTSD, or recent major surgery then you must advise the facilitator/s before the event.

*Not suitable for women who are pregnant, those fitted with a pacemaker or have a cochlear implant. Please do not arrive on a full stomach.
