5 Mile Loop - Croom WMA

What We Are Doing:
Come join us for our first group hike! This is a 5 mile loop hike in the Croom Wildlife Management Area, utilizing the Yellow Trail with connector to loop back to the beginning. We will meet at the Tucker Hill Day Use Area parking lot at 8am to check in, then plan to be on the trail by 8:30am. We will be traveling 2-3mph and will stop for breaks as the group needs - We're here to have fun, not break anybody off! End time of 11:30am is an estimate, dependent on the group. No bailout, ensure you can hike the distance.

What to Bring:
Light long pants, light long shirt, sunhat, comfortable hiking/walking boots/shoes, bug spray, sun screen, a day pack with snacks and 2L of water (there is a water source at the beginning of the trail). Feel free to bring your dog! Just be sure they remain leashed, clean up after your dog, bring them water, and be mindful of other dogs/people.
