Sure there are many meetups out there which go out to restaurants...but at restaurants they cook with a lot of sugar, salt and/or oil/grease (fried food)!!

How about eating fresh and consciously healthy?

I would like to try something new for the group. How about cooking and eating simple but delicious food with fresh herbs, nutritious food, and promoting health and healing?

Each week we will pick one simple healthy recipe for main course and one simple recipe for dessert.

The event is on Friday, but I need you to sign up on Wednesday on the final day, so we could discuss and agree what to cook and what to bring.
We would need at least a few people who sign up and COMMIT to it, to discuss ideas, recipe and pitch in the ingredients
If we do not have enough people to participate, then I have to cancel.

In the beginning, I'm providing my kitchen which will be in Hudson Beach Estate. Address will be sent to participants only.

Also I will see if this event has enough people to participate, then we can take turns to host at your own place (if you would like)
