Come spend a relaxed Saturday morning with the Spring Hill Nature Community!
If you've recently joined the group, have been thinking about attending an event, or have come out before, we'd love to see you. We'll gather at the pavilion near the playground and basketball courts for about 30–40 minutes to meet one another and talk about nature, local parks, gardening, wildlife, useful plants, food forests, mushrooms, and whatever other outdoor interests come up.
This is also a great meetup to bring your kids or teenagers! While the adults are talking and getting to know one another, younger members of the family can enjoy the playground, shoot some hoops, or just hang out and meet other kids. Feel free to bring a basketball or anything else your family might enjoy at the park.
☕ Bring your favorite coffee, tea, water, or other morning drink if you'd like.
We'll also spend a little time talking about future community events. Nature walks, plant identification, food forest tours, native plants, gardening, birding, mushroom walks, family activities, or something completely different—we'd love to hear your ideas.
Afterward, anyone who wants to stick around is welcome to join us for a short, optional walk through the park.
No special knowledge or experience is needed. Just come as you are, bring the family if you'd like, and enjoy a Saturday morning outdoors with some friendly, nature-minded people.
