Are you a woman 35+ looking to stay active, boost your daily steps, and spend more time outdoors? This group is for women who want to prioritize self-care and build a consistent walking routine, all while keeping outings free of cost. We’ll meet once during the week and once on the weekend, with a third day depending on interest and scheduling. We’ll explore different routes around Toronto, focusing on North York and the West End.
This group was created with women with ADHD in mind, as outdoor movement and routine can be key for focus and well-being. However, this group is open to any woman looking to stay active and meet new people in a supportive and relaxed environment.
