This is a simple virtual strength training class designed for adults who want to build strength, improve mobility, and stay active as they age — all from the comfort of home.
Many people know strength training is important, but gym workouts or high-intensity classes can feel intimidating. This class focuses on safe, practical strength training you can do right in your living room.
All exercises are beginner friendly and adjustable, so you can participate at your own pace. I am a certified personal trainer and have lots experience teaching this kind of class.
### What we'll do
During this class we'll practice:
• gentle mobility warm-up
• simple strength exercises
• balance and posture work
The goal is to help you build strength for everyday life and maintain long-term mobility.

• Saturday mornings — 7:00–8:00 AM (Eastern Time)
• Live online class
• Bodyweight exercises (no equipment required)
• Beginner friendly
### Cost
Your first class is free for Meetup members.
After your first session, you’re welcome to continue with the ongoing class:
• $20 drop-in
• $75 monthly membership
