Concealed Carry Qualification for Real Estate Professionals

Do you lead the buyer through the property or do you direct them and follow? Your safety may depend on the difference. Always direct the client to walk ahead of you and never let them get between you and the exit. If you've seen some of our other posts, you have probably already read some of the other examples we go over.
In our CCW for real estate agents class we go over all the same material as in our normal CCW certification course but we rephrase a lot of the examples/scenarios in a more specific vocational context. Real estate agents are definitely in a higher risk category with more 20% of them reporting feeling unsafe on job at one point or another (NAR 2022).
$99 is an all inclusive price for this class and it is capped at 10 attendees. If your firm is interested in a company wide class, contact us for more information on that.

Upon completion of the class you will receive a certification that you can take to the sheriff to get your CCW. This will afford you certain legal exemptions that are advantageous anyone who carries concealed.
We provide everything you need although you are welcome to bring your own equipment if you wish.
We HIGHLY recommend this class to anyone who meets strangers at otherwise unoccupied locations.

We are going to try to hold this class regularly. We understand weekends might be tough due to your occupation. Please communicate to us if weekday classes or splitting it up into two shortened classes on two days would help. If that is what works best for most people we can arrange that.
