Let's hang out on the lake and enjoy the sunset. Bring your kayak or stand-up paddleboard for a few hours on the lake. We may grab a bite to eat after. I will probably get to the lake by 4:30 - come when you can. Scheduled high in the 70's on Wednesday.

Wearing a personal floatation device is recommended for everyone on a personal watercraft. Kids and friendly dogs are welcome. This event may be posted in multiple groups.

If the weather is bad or lightning is near, this event will be canceled or rescheduled. I use the WeatherBug app.

What is Cryotherapy?

No, we aren’t freezing you to unthaw 100 years later. But we are freezing you for max 3 mins for a bunch of health benefits!

The cryo chamber is dry cold so you can withstand much lower temperatures (vs wet cold such as an ice bath or cold shower -yuk!)

I did the chamber at negative 3 digits for 2.5 mins. My eyelashes froze lol but it was super fun because I got to pick any song I wanted and then was greeted with a warmed up bathrobe as I walked out. And got hot tea to warm up. You’ll love this!

4. Spot treatments of cryo therapy. If you got pain in your knee or shoulder, etc, this can give relief. It’s not painful at all. I have done a cryo facial and it’s soooo nice!!!
