Day 1 Schedule:
11:00 AM: Meet at Mount Princeton Resort Spa in Buena Vista.
11:00 AM - 3:00 PM: Enjoy a full day of access to the soothing warmth of natural mineral hot springs, luxurious jacuzzis, and pools, all surrounded by the stunning beauty of the Colorado Rockies. This $45 value is included in your retreat package.

3:00 PM: Head to our cozy 4-bedroom Airbnb home to check in.
5:00 PM: Group Anxiety & Stress Relief Hypnotherapy Session: Participate in a transformative group session aimed at promoting relaxation and stress relief, helping everyone to unwind and rejuvenate. This session is led by me, a certified clinical hypnotherapist and life and wellness coach. Normally valued at $97 per person, this enriching experience is included in your retreat package at no additional cost.
Dinner: As the sun sets, venture out to explore the vibrant culinary scene in Buena Vista, where local dining options promise to delight your taste buds (dinner costs not included).

Day 2 Schedule:
Swish Breakfast at Airbnb ( included )
11:00 AM: Check out from the Airbnb.
All Day: Head back to the spa for a second day of relaxation. For those who wish to join the second spa day, please note that you will need to purchase your own spa pass for $45 at the hotel.
