Palmer Park Hike + Post-Hike Sushi

Ready to earn your lunch the Colorado way? Join us for a scenic and social adventure on the Templeton Trail Loop at Palmer Park — one of the park’s most iconic and rewarding routes.

This 4.1-mile loop circumnavigates the park’s central mesa and serves up dramatic sandstone formations, fun technical rock sections, and sweeping panoramic views of Pikes Peak and the Front Range.

We’ll hike clockwise for smoother navigation, starting and ending at the Yucca Flats Trailhead.

Expect an easy/moderate pace, plenty of photo stops, and lots of good conversation along the way.

This hike is all-ages, family-friendly, and well-behaved dogs are welcome.

📍 Meet: Park near 3343 Paseo Rd
🕚 When: Sunday, March 22 at 9:00am

And because no great hike should end with “what’s next?” — we’re heading straight to lunch at Sushi on Murray
