7:30am Royal gorge bridge & gondola ride

Let’s go explore the incredible Royal Gorge! It is a short drive to Canon City.

Your adventure starts when you’re ready — tickets are valid from the date of purchase until October 31, 2026, and aren’t tied to a specific day. General Admission unlocks unforgettable experiences, including America’s Bridge, soaring rides on the Aerial Gondolas, the Plaza Theater, the Children’s Playland, and incredible views of the Royal Gorge. Want even more thrills? Add on the Zipline, Skycoaster, or Via Ferrata (rock climbing) for an extra dose of adventure. Please note: the Gondola, Zipline and Skycoaster are weather-dependent, and we do not offer refunds for gondola closures. Express entry is not available — but the memories you’ll make are worth every moment.

Here’s the plan:
7:30-8am meet at Black Bear Coffee on S. Academy & carpool together about an hour to Royal Gorge Bridge & Park at 4218 Co Rd 3A, Cañon City, CO 81212. Tickets are about $35 to enter. Bridge walk cost is part of the entrance fee. Gondola cost is: FREE (part of admission)

Park opens at 9am.

There are food vendors on site so you can buy lunch there. However, we may checkout this burger place after.
