- OPEN WITH A BANG We kick things off with a fast, fun group game to break the ice and get everyone talking. No awkward standing around. We jump right in.
- THE REAL TALK, Opening the Conversation: How to Walk Up and Say Something What actually works when you approach someone new? What makes it land, and what makes it fall flat? We trade real stories, compare what has worked for us, and problem solve it together. No lecture, no expert at the front of the room. Everyone here has something worth adding.
- TAKE HOME THE CHEAT SHEET You will leave with a simple, reference-backed breakdown of what actually works, statistically and in real life. See how our group stacks up against the research. Spoiler: we usually nail more than we think.
- BREAK OFF AND CONNECT Following the Real Talk, we open it up. Mix with the group, meet new people, and keep the conversation going at your own pace. This part is yours.
